Ureteroscopy Stone Removal

The following are intraoperative photographs taken during a ureteroscopy with stone removal.

	This is a stone obstructing the left ureter in a 53-year-old white male who had a massive cerebrovascular accident two years ago. He is aphasic, hemiplegic, and has a two-day history of anuria. (Dr. Aarons 04-06-00)
